At Ink Nation, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a refund or reprint.

Custom Apparel Return & Refund Policy

Custom-decorated apparel is made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective. Because items personalized with your logo or design cannot be undecorated or reused, we are unable to accept returns for non-defective custom apparel.

If your order has a defect, an error on our part, or a manufacturer’s defect, we will promptly correct the issue and provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note, we do not issue refunds or reprints for issues related to low-quality or improperly formatted files.

Ink Nation Apparel

Ink Nation Apparel products are printed and manufactured specifically when you order. Due to the custom nature of production, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error.

If your apparel arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service immediately. We will promptly address the issue and provide you with a replacement at no additional charge.

DTF Prints and Gang Sheets

Print Quality & Adherence Issues:
We will gladly reprint any order due to printing or adhesion defects. Please note, we do not issue refunds or reprints for issues related to low-quality or improperly formatted files.

  • Other Requests:
    Refund or reprint requests for reasons beyond print quality or adherence must be reviewed and approved by management on a case-by-case basis.

Important Reminders:

  • For orders involving DTF Transfers and Gang Sheets, ensure your design meets all specified requirements prior to submission.
  • Our prints require the use of a commercial-grade heat press. It is important to precisely follow pressing instructions including, time, temperature, and pressure.
  • Verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase—please review it immediately to confirm all order details are accurate. Orders will not be replaced due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days. The timing of refunds varies by bank.

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
